Our restaurants bear the “Fourchette bleue” Smarter Seafood certification. This confirms that we only offer St. Lawrence seafoods from species that satisfy the ecological criteria set by this organisation, for a safe and sustainable stewardship of our maritime resources.

The wainscoted walls and magnificent fresco mural of the Coverdale restaurant bear witness to the rich history of the Hotel Tadoussac. In addition to succulent dinner plates crafted in homage to our regional terroir, the Coverdale also offers a hearty breakfast to start your days off on the right foot.

Le Coquart:
Authenticity on a plate

Our bar-café lounge offers a wide selections of drinks in a relaxed atmosphere, all day long. You may also satisfy your cravings thanks to our bistro menu, featuring chicken wings, homemade french fries and our selection of cheeses.

Starting at 6:00 pm some nights, while comfortably seated, you can enjoy a musical performance while admiring a view of the bay.
